1031 Exchange FAQ

Are you a real estate investor? Do you own a piece of property that is not your primary residence? If you answered yes to either of these questions, then you need, make that MUST, understand what a 1031 exchange is (and isn’t).

We get lots of questions on 1031 exchanges. In an effort to create a “repository” of Q&As about 1031 Exchanges, I’ve added an new category to our Real Estate FAQ site… appropriately titled “1031 Exchange FAQ” (clever and original, isn’t it?).
