The 39th edition of the Carnival of Real Estate is up at the fine Trulia blog. Sporting a spiffy Earth Day theme, Trulia gave one of our Zillow posts a mention (Thanks! Do I get a t-shirt?)

If you want to participate in the next CoRE, just head over here and do it! Pat Kitano will be next weeks host. He's a nice guy, has a great blog, and is a fellow chess dad. Let's bury him in submissions!
