What was I thinking?
You should see my Active Rain comment log. It goes on like this for pages:

Sorry I couldn’t get to the mythical 500 plateau. I’ll leave that one for the next poor slob that tries this.
I’ll post more later (significantly later). I’m too tired to even figure out the winner of the guessing contest. If someone wants to volunteer, more power to you.
I learned a LOT, read some GREAT blogs (and some not-so-great), met a TON of new people, got accused of being a spammer. Saw some controversy, welcomed some new folks, re-engaged with some old friends.
It was cool.
I will not be doing it again, ever.

Get some sleep! Every AR blog I read today had a comment from you on it. Wacky. Way to get back in to the swing of AR.

Jay, your an animal. Wow…now thats some serious commenting. I would have loved to see the trail you left of where you started and where you went on your big adventure. Hey…I second what Todd said above…how come you didnt come to the Northwest and visit my site? You could have stoped in and said hello, had a good cup of our Starbucks coffee and been on your way. Don’t let that the recent weather news reports scare ya…I’m still standing. All though last nite we had sustained winds of 60 miles per hour and gusts up to 90….I haven’t seen storms like this in all my years of living here.
Anyways…stop by my Northwest site some time…coffee’s on me. P2 Rocks.

Jerry / Todd - all the commenting was done on ActiveRain. It was easy to track progress, and a great way to re-engage with the ActiveRain network.
Despite saying I’ll never do it again, I’m actually contemplating a similar journey through the mainstream real estate blogosphere.
I want to get 500 in a day. Call me crazy.

Ok Jay…sounds good. That would be interesting to see how many sites you can visit in the “mainstream real estate blogosphere.” I’ll keep the coffee pot on in case you decide to drop into the Northwest region…smiling. Ps…I usually read your blog 3-4 times a week. Have a good weekend!

Hello,
Today it is getting harder and harder to sell your home for a decent price. The constant struggle of a bubble burst and mls listings make one wonder of the difficulties of posting/listing a property for sale so that everyone can see it. It’s not a difficult thing to do, but it can be quite frustrating if the proper tools are not used. The best way to get started selling your property is by posting or advertising your property on-line. There are many ways to do so. Some of them are free. Here’s the best web site hands down to get started. It offers your own webpage for business cards as well as the opportunity to list a house, home, condo, townhome, or apartment or even a lot. Great for beginners and the easiest to use.

Try them out. I did and it worked great.
