This morning I saw a new face in the MyBlogLog widget gizmo in the side bar. The first best use of this thing is finding new blogs, NOT seeing who's been here.
Here is why I say that:
"Every morning, I wake up unemployed. I have to figure out where my next paycheck is coming from."

Jay,
Glad to see you have come across one of our newest bloggers. Vicki is a great example of a person who has a talent for blogging and didn’t even know it. The question “Should all agents blog?” was presented to a panel of industry leaders at the Inman conference last week. The panel of 4 was evenly split. The people who said no provided this reasoning: that unless you are passionate about it and truly enjoy it, you will never do it well and your readers will be able to tell. Based on what I have seen and learned, I’ve formed my own opinion that although I agree that everyone should not necessarily blog, everyone should at least try it. After all, there is virtually no risk of time or cost, and if it isn’t for you, stop. If it does end up being for you, the possibilities are endless. Great job Vicki!
Hey Tom - Vicki clearly has a talent….
I agree with you completely. There is no question that blogging isn’t for everyone. I’ve seen many with great intentions whose blogs died a slow death. Conversely, I’ve known some that said “NO WAY!” turn out to love it.
It’s cheap to try, and there really isn’t anything to lose and potentially much to gain.
gone through the post. it has really something to look for abt commissions.
