But I do have a problem with people coming on to my blog, a real estate agent's blog no less, and advertising and soliciting business for a service the sells home purchase "contracts". I’ve got no problem with people going FSBO, and have said so many times. But I do have a problem with people coming on to my blog, a real estate agent’s blog no less, and advertising and soliciting business for a service the sells home purchase “contracts”.

All you really need are fill in real estate contracts (Link Redacted - JT) and a real estate attorney which is alot cheaper than 6% commision to an agent.
