Gloria -

I removed the links from your comment as they violate our <a href="http://www.phoenixrealestateguy.com/about-jay-and-francy/blogcomment-policy">comment policy</a> regarding blatant advertising.

I've got no problem with people going FSBO, and have said so many times. But I do have a problem with people coming on to my blog, a real estate agent's blog no less, and advertising and soliciting business for a service the sells home purchase "contracts".

If you want to advertise your wares, you're perfectly able to do that. On your own blog.

Many people are scared to sell fsbo because realtors tell them that they can get into big trouble if they don't follow the legal process. All you really need are fill in real estate contracts (Link Redacted - JT) and a real estate attorney which is alot cheaper than 6% commision to an agent.
