About Thompson’s Realty
In February 2008, Jay and Francy left the only real estate brokerage they’d ever known, Century 21 Aware Realty, to start up their own independent boutique brokerage — Thompson’s Realty. Promising “The Power of Technology with a Personal Touch”, Thompson’s Realty delivers the ultimate in customer support and satisfaction.
We have world class (seriously!) agents who live throughout the Phoenix Metro area.
Thompson’s Realty is a little different in that we don’t prescribe to the oft-used real estate brokerage model of “hire anyone with a real estate license and a pulse”. We carefully vet our agents and have turned down many. We only hire agents who share our commitment to customer service.
In late 2009, Thompson’s Realty opened a branch office in Tucson, Arizona.
Eschewing the traditional, there are no “brick and mortar” Thompson’s Realty offices. You won’t find expensive fancy offices with plush furniture and espresso machines. Rather than pass that ridiculous cost on to our clients we’d rather focus our efforts and our money on serving our clients in the field — which is where real estate sales happen. We’ve got the technology tools and systems in place to do real estate right.
Below are a couple of interviews I did with Inman Real Estate News at the Inman Real Estate Connect Conference in New York City in January 2010. The background crowd noise is a little distracting, but you can get an idea of what our brokerage is about, some on the Phoenix market and my / our philosophy in general.
