However, I’m surprised this program is still in production. For me, shows like this only prove the fact that the media has no clue of what is happening in real estate. As you pointed out, a few years back and in certain areas, anyone with good credit, decent organizational skills and some design sense could profit huge with turning a house in a seller’s market. Currently, in most markets, the homes that are selling are the best in the neighborhood and priced accordingly. The fact that the producers called on you for insight is a credit you’re marketing skills and knowledge of your area.
