Agents Take Heed: A Consumer Speaks

A big giant tip of the Phoenix Real Estate Guy hat goes to one of Athol Kay's readers, Cecilia "Ceci" Hutchings. Ceci wrote a gem of a post, from a real estate consumer's perspective. 

Agents would be wise to study this carefully. This is a customer service business after all. 

Thanks Ceci! I would *love* to see more guest posts from the consumer side. If anyone is interested in doing that here, I'm all ears…

Jay - Good recognition of a well written blog. Nothing worse than seeing the picture of a toilet on a million dollar home, glaring white windows, clutter, photographers reflections, or a dark room so you can see outside.
