A big giant tip of the Phoenix Real Estate Guy hat goes to one of Athol Kay's readers, Cecilia "Ceci" Hutchings. Ceci wrote a gem of a post, from a real estate consumer's perspective. 

Agents would be wise to study this carefully. This is a customer service business after all

Jay - Good recognition of a well written blog. Nothing worse than seeing the picture of a toilet on a million dollar home, glaring white windows, clutter, photographers reflections, or a dark room so you can see outside.
