Another Blogger in the Epicenter

Brian Brady once proclaimed that Phoenix is the epicenter of real estate blogging. While the folks in Seattle arguably have a claim to that title, I happen to think Mr. Brady is correct.

And the epicenter recently expanded…

I can’t recall how I first came across Christoph Schweiger’s Greater Phoenix Metropolitan Real Estate blog. I think he popped up in the MyBlogLog sidebar. But that’s neither here nor there.

Christoph rolled out his blog (hereafter referred to as GPMRE) on Jan 19, and he’s already got a couple of outstanding posts up. I’m certainly not one to tell someone to write more frequently, but I hope Christoph does. He writes very well, and on great subjects.

Christoph and I “Meebo’d“ a little the other day. He’s a great guy — originally from Austria, and currently living in Scottsdale. Got a nifty little Ubertor site at HistoricModern.com too…

So head on over and check out GPMRE. Welcome to the epicenter Christoph! And goodnight Seattle! :)

  • Thanks, Jay, for the warm welcome and kind words about my new blog. You and the others at the epicenter set a high standard for the blog art form. I'm looking forward to learning by your example. I appreciate the encouragement, and am pleased to be noticed by someone who is obviously a master of blogging, especially since we share something in common - our wives are both native Arizonans. You've given me another reason to be very glad to be living in the Phoenix area.
