Unfortunately, in RE, there are times where canned responses are mandatory due to Fair Housing (and rightfully so)... public data sources WILL save your butt!!! :) If you search the MLS in any city, you’ll find listings that say “top schools,” “best schools,” “great schools” etc. In Real Estate or ANY life situation, when someone asks for something that’s “good” or “the best,” I get a little nervous because it is sooooo subjective and impossible to define that if I advocate something (a school, a restaurant, a band, whatever) and the other person hates it, I look bad (or in this case if I were licensed I could lose my career).
