How's that possible, if your parents or sibling are at the same financial state as you and you can't borrow 20% to put down ($400Gs) from them. Is it realistic? Is there such thing as seller holding $4ooGs? or even as 100% mortgage for that amount and who would do it? I always ask my prospects if they have been preapproved and don't even mention prequalification. It can be confusing to some buyers to mention those two words together.
