I always dream about buying an apartment building of about $2Million and I hear people say that, you can buy with no $$$ down. How's that possible, if your parents or sibling are at the same financial state as you and you can't borrow 20% to put down ($400Gs) from them. Is it realistic? Is there such thing as seller holding $4ooGs? or even as 100% mortgage for that amount and who would do it?

Thank you Jay and Shailesh! Hearing your thoughts has helped clarify the pre-qual and actual buying stages. Such words are needed and appreciated.

I have now been pre-approved and am moving toward my first purchase. I'm looking forward to investing for the long-term. Thank you again for all the help.

"In addition to the “typical” spam of things such as prescription medication, porn and deeply discounted software, blatant self-promotion and advertising will not be tolerated."

Thanks for clarifying the difference btween prequal/preapproval. I always ask my prospects if they have been preapproved and don't even mention prequalification. It can be confusing to some buyers to mention those two words together.
