We’ve got a great new feature that we think both our blog fans and visitors to our main site will find useful.

Aimee and Shailesh Ghimire are Mortgage Professionals with CTX Mortgage Co. And they have graciously agreed to answer finance / mortgage for all our visitors! Whether you have a question about loan types, how much you may qualify for, credit repairs/concerns, refinancing, you name it and Aimee and Shailesh can help.

We always appreciate your comments! Phoenix Real Estate Guy uses two commenting systems, Facebook and LiveFyre. LiveFyre is the most robust system (and easy to use!).
