These people didn't forget their keys or their cell phones, did they? Their children simply weren't their priority. It's a most effective way to get rid of an unwanted child. Call it an accident and put on the performance of your life. You won't be charged. It's a "tragic accident." THINK. This is deserving of a charge of child endangerment and negligent homicide in EVERY SINGLE CASE. I don't give a damn. You don't "forget" your child. You don't deserve to be walking around free if you do. Case closed and that is all. “But she has to live with it for the rest of her life….”

As far as I'm concerned there are other reasons that child was left in the car. My opinion is that if someone says they "forgot" it's because they were too bombed out of their gourde to realize what they were doing, which alone is pathetic enough to be driving around in that state of mind.
