Jay,

Thanks for spreading the word on this. Considering the type of borrowers and buyers who will be in the market this spring and fall it should be a very relevant seminar. Agents will not be disappointed!

It’s services like this that helps a community to make better choices and I commend your community for taking the education process. I really think lenders should require Hybrid and Option ARM to attend an education class as well.
