Birth of a New Blog: Phoenix Real Estate Home

Call me crazy. Another new Phoenix real estate blog has been born.

PhoenixRealEstateHome.com is alive. Though woefully lacking in content, that will come with time.

The intent? A place where agents with Thompson’s Realty can contribute “under one roof”. Like all good blogs (and we hope PREH will evolve into a “good blog”) there are few rules. All our agents will be set up as contributors with access to post freely. (Just, you know, make sure it’s legal…)

I sort of envision the place to be “The Home of All Things Phoenix Real Estate”. YOUR vision as a contributor is welcome. Nothing is set in stone, and things can (and probably will) change.

I’ll have accounts for our current agents set up shortly. And for our pending agents (you know who you are!) you’ll have an account on Day 1.

With our combined strength, we have a great opportunity here. Yes, of course, your individual blogs are priority. Nothing changes with respect to them. With Phoenix Real Estate Home you have a platform to “cross-post” and an additional venue to reach out to all those clamoring for information on the Phoenix real estate market. The power of a “group blog” has been shown countless times to be effective. Sort of a “the whole is greater than the sum of its parts” / synergyemergence kind of thing.

There’s really only one way to find out just how effective it could be…

Jay, it’s a great looking design and a wonderful name. I think your focus on local content will be a big plus in making this another winner.

Great idea - Lots of Luck with your new blog, and let me know how it goes. I think this is where the bar should be set for every real estate company in re 2.0
