Hey Phoenix, I’m astonished that people need to be told these things, aren’t you? Good tips! And NO, my 16 year old would not hear these; I’m certain at least 50% of the list would elicit a “huh” or a “whuut?”
I think the most important suggestion is #1- the most rare aspect of Real Estate. Keep the good posts comin’!
