Very unique incentive! In general how do you find incentives work for you? We have a home with an outdoor pool that we are going to try and sell this spring and we have about $10,000 worth of patio furniture that we really won’t need once we don’t have a pool any more. Should we use that as an incentive or try to sell it to the buyer after the sale?

Incentives showing up in my area are trips to hot spots during the cold winters. Today, I received a flyer with a trip to the Cayman Islands for the buyers and the buyer’s agent. We were really talking about it at lunch. One agent said that a home seller was throwing in a $20,000 media system. Tickets to the Super Bowl would be nice. Even better if my Chiefs were going.

I cringed when the Broncos picked up Plummer. The guy has a lot of talent, but too many years playing behind a hapless offensive line and always being forced to make something happen produced a lot of *really* bad habits.

Broncos? Aren’t they the same team that took our discarded QB? I was really starting to think this blog had a lot of credibility, too. I guess I can overlook a slight misstep here and there.

As most of you know, I’m a long time Arizona native. I’m also a pro football fan. Long before that “other” team came to Phoenix; our little metropolis was full of die hard Bronco fans. A lot of us are still here with no reason to change our allegiance. We support the “Orange Crush” (even if their uniforms are mostly blue now).

The Broncos are simply the best team in football. Having the best team in football at the Superbowl will increase the value of the tickets. That’s all I meant!

I can’t help it. Been a fan since I was in the 6th grade. WAY pre-Elway. Spent many a Sunday freezing my a$$ off in Mile High Stadium.

Seeing some poor wife is going to have to endure the “when I went to Superbowl XLII” stories until her death or divorce, maybe they should reduce the price of the house to compenstate.
