Matt Leinart, proposed savior of the horribly inept Arizona Cardinals NFL team has put his Ahwatukee home on the market.
According to the Arizona Republic, Lienart's home is priced at $2.4M. The 6,8000 square foot Tuscan-style estate has six bedrooms, 6.5 baths, 9-foot flat ceilings, and a game room. The kitchen features Viking appliances and two sub-zero refrigerators.
It's not in the MLS yet. Maybe Matty's going FSBO? Of the 34 homes in the Phoenix metro area currently listed between $2.375M and $2.425M, the bulk are in Scottsdale and Paradise Valley. Of the 135 homes currently listed in Ahwatukee, the most expensive home is listed at $1.795M. Matt's apparently trying to offload one of the biggest homes in Ahwatukee.
Maybe Bill Bidwell and sons, owners of the hapless Cardinals, could buy Matt's home and offer it as an incentive to attract
an offensive lineman. Then maybe we could see what Leinart is capable of doing if he's not lying flat on his back.
Note to the listing agent. If you need to keep Leinart and his buddies out of the home during showings, just paint a goal line around the home. They won't be able to cross that.
