True Gotham hosts this weeks Carnival of Real Estate

There’s some regulars in there, and some not so regulars. I have to admit that I haven’t read all the entries yet, as I spent a lot of time cruising the True Gotham blog. It was my first visit to True Gotham, and let me tell you, this is a winner of a real estate blog. While it does contain some New York City specific things (think co-ops and such) it also provides a WEALTH of other info on everything real estate.

Just what I needed, another blog to add to the reader… but there’s things here I don’t want to miss.

True Gotham high end buyers are $10-20m. Nice! I wonder what that buys in NYC?

I don’t know Kristal, but a few days ago I saw a 526 square foot apartment listed in Manhattan for a mere $850,000!!!!

That’s about the size of my master bedroom. And I assure you my master bedroom isn’t worth $850K.

Thanks so much Jay. I don’t know how I missed this posting but truth is…I did. Just signed up for Google Alerts and now I’m seeing all of these posts. It’s very cool. Really appreciate the kind words and keep up the good work yourself.

Kristal,

Amazing how many $10-20M buyers just can’t find eaxactly what they want :-D
