What the heck is a Carnival of Real Estate you ask?It's where you can submit your finest real estate related blog post to the weeks "host", who will then review all the entries and select thier favorites. The host then links to those posts on thier blog for all to read.Why? What's the point?  Well, several reasons. One, the host becomes, for that week, sort of a "one stop spot" for the best and brightest of real estate blogs. Two, having some great real estate blog posts in one spot is just kinda cool. There are a LOT of real estate blogs out there, from the brilliant to the bozos. The Carnival gives us a quick peak into the best of the best. Finally, it's a great way to get your blog noticed. I've found many wonderful blogs through the Carnival, and a lot of people have found me. (It's also a great boon to your traffic).So check out the next Carnival of Real Estate.
