We always appreciate your comments! Phoenix Real Estate Guy uses two commenting systems, Facebook and LiveFyre. LiveFyre is the most robust system (and easy to use!). It allows you to login with Twitter, Facebook, Google+ LinkedIn, OpenId, LiveFyre and as a "Guest". I recommend getting a LiveFyre account, it has some great features (just click the LiveFyre button when you write your comment).

BLOG COMMENT POLICY: We respectfully ask that you use your real name (first name only is fine) and not use keywords (Why no keywords?). The only real "comment rules" are be civil -- no personal attacks -- and no advertising. (See the full comment policy here). Opinion and debate are welcome, but attack the idea, not the person.

Jay,

Yes we are taking more agents and brokerage on still, and will be announcing a pretty cool partnership and lead delivery system in the next month or so.

We are currently making the search MUCH more intelligent, and will have overlays for zip codes and other useful data points, so you can "see" where the borders are.

We do have a list of Austin area's and Zip codes, but it's buried in the "Markets" section. From the home page, if you click on "More Markets" it will take you to this page:
http://www.zooven.com/markets/USA/Texas/Austin

It's MUCH easier to read layout wise in FF than IE right now, we're fixing that this week :)

Feel free to hit me up at jeff at zooven.com

Nice work on your site too, btw!

Nice! I like it alot. I would like to have seen some sort of "zip code finder" as for the life of me I couldn't remember any of the zips from where I lived in Austin. Perhaps even just a drop down list of all Austin zip codes? Also, I tried searching for just "South Austin" but the engine only came up with listings with "south" in the address.

What would have been *really* cool is if I could zoon in to an area on the map, then have been able to click a button that would display all the current listings on that portion of the map. Maybe there's a way to do that that I didn't see.

And yes, I enjoyed the whipping the Horns put on North Texas! The Ohio State game will be a much better test...

Nice job on Zooven!! I know a couple of agents in Austin, are you taking any more to get leads to?

Jay T.

I was enjoying your blog and saw that you went to UT! Did you enjoy the game (ah-hem... stomping) of N. Texas?

I like what you have posted and would love your feedback on a site we just launched for searching real estate in Central Texas (since you used to live here, it will be interesting to see your perspective as an 'informed-outsider'). We have a little over 11,000 listings (partnered with the Austin Board of Real estate) to provide leads for several agents and brokers in Austin. Not trying to replace agents (which will never happen btw, just trying to shorten the sales cycle and deliver leads of highly educated buyers) Check it out and tell us what you think.
