I am Canadian with investment visa ( E 2) and doing C store gas station business in Iowa since last 3 yrs. is there any lender to to provide me loan so that i can purchase commercial realt estate that i am running now?

My husband and I bought our house in 2003 we divorced in 2007 but I got the house. I have continued to live in the house. I buying a different house do I qualify for the home buyers credit?

Customer service is king, and being there when people want acces to you and/or information is critical in building the trust type of relationship you need to cultivate when being a realtor. There is absolutely nothing worse than not timeosly replying to messages, or worse, just ignoring them altogether.
