		<description>Jay, total sense and love the fact you guys have a prevention page and organization to help folks in trouble.  In Southwest Florida it is increasingly rough because many of the mortgages are carried by banks outside the state who have no way of checking on their houses.  Just last month in Lee County, we had over 1000 foreclosures.  I think it all boils down to communication between the lender and the borrower - just letting them know that they want to pay the mortgage back, but can&#039;t at the moment.  Dale</description>
