in Blogging / Social Networking, Real Estate

Greg Swann, chief architect of the BloodhoundBlog, and I will be speaking at the Phoenix Area Active Rain Gathering & 1st Southwest Real Estate Blogging Conference on Thursday, June 21st at 3:00pm.

If you have a real estate blog, or just want to find out more about real estate weblogging, stop on by. Greg is one of the best out there and is always enlightening to listen to. I'll likely discuss the Internet presence and search engine benefits of blogging. ("likely" — meaning subject to change. If there's something you'd like to hear, throw it in a comment or email.)

The event is hosted by Shailesh Ghimrie of CTX Mortgage. Stop by the Arizona Mortgage Guru for details.

Shailesh is having door prizes and we'll be headed to the bar/lounge afterwards for a little "social networking", so to speak.  Blogging talk, prizes, drinks… what more can one ask for?

Seating is limited. Please RSVP by Monday June 18th. To RSVP send an email to: sghimire@gmail.com. Please put “Blogging Conference RSVP” in the subject line.

If you aren't familiar with ActiveRain, check it out! 33,000+ real estate professionals can't all be wrong.

I can’t wait to hear the podcast. Wish I could be there.

Will there be much on localism?
