FlexMLS? Tempo? ARMLS? What the heck….
Apologies to our non-agent readers. All that title means is the Phoenix area real estate agents will soon (though not soon enough!) be enjoying a new Multiple Listing System vendor.
Michael Wurzer, President and CEO of FBS Data Systems just announced:
Arizona Regional MLS has entered into a three-year contract with FBS for our flexmls® Web MLS system to replace the current system.

I don't possess the vocabulary to express how…. thrilled, excited, estatic … I am about this change.
Michael and FBS get it. They understand what an agent needs from an MLS. Read their blog or check out their website if you don't believe me.

What a concept…
While this is most newsworthy to agents in the Phoenix area, putting a better system in the hands of agents also bodes well for the Phoenix real estate consumer.
This is huge, huge I tell you! There will be more, much more, forthcoming here and elsewhere.

Jay, thanks for your excitement, I really appreciate it. Our goal is to engage and learn and your enthusiasm makes that very easy. This is going to be an interesting and exciting process. We’ll need a few months to get through the nitty gritty and then we’ll be able to start the fun work.

Jay - I am green here! Almost enough to high tail it back to Phoenix. We are starting the new, PITA Tempo system next week in Indy.
I have been trying to get started on my system someow my system is not allowing me to load the flexMlS. Please help me to load this program. so I could be ready for the change. I did go to the training session. Thanks.

Saeed - sorry, I’ll be of no help. I’m just a real estate broker, I’ve got nothing to do with FlexMLS or ARMLS (other than as a user).
I’m looking at another “searching” screen on flexmls. that is what I do all night look, look at ’searching’ screens that never find anything. Try to go backwards and you lose all the criteria you just put in… start all over again, and pray.
flexmls sucks more than tempo ever did by FAR!!!!
