They will never debate you on facts and figures, only guesses. When their point doesn't hold water all they have left is that we'll all be out of a job.Well, nobody but me hired me for this job so I'm not looking over my shoulder for a boss that is looking to cut the workforce... but I get the feeling that many of the bubble boys are in that exact position themselves and just need to take it out on someone that is successful. What I made light of is the media's "doom and gloom" reporting. I grow weary of it. One could go so far as to say that aren't very bright. Most true real estate investors grasped the simple facts and did very well. Many still do.
