At this moment in time, it’s 79 degrees and sunny.
Perfect golf weather.
In the middle of November.
This is why we live here.
Gilbert, Arizona is home to several golf courses and today I swung by three. All are public course and all are in excellent condition.

Nice. In the low 40's here and expecting snow this weekend!
Very nice place to spend. The images are so good and I love the climate there especially. Thanks for sharing nice resources.
Funny you should bring up golf. The local newspaper (yes, I still get it delivered to my door) stated that another one (Ballamor) in our area filed for bankruptcy and will become a “public” daily fee course starting January 1.
Man, there are going to be a lot of MAD golfing snobs. The private course nearest to me was selling membership for $35,000 about 5 years ago ( I was invited to buy in – ha ha). Now, this latest bankruptcy course is going to go public with membership “associations” being sold for $495.
One golf course community wants to close down some of its greens and built townhouses. I think the only thing stopping them (besides the home owners lawsuits) is the fact that townhouses are not selling very well right now.
Do you play, Jay? Anything I hit has a mean right hook to it. Therefore, I don't play.
Depends on how you define “play”…. I'm a hack, with a wicked slice and an affinity for water.
Beautiful places. These places are worth to invest.
Thanks for sharing these golf course links in the area. I can check them out for consideration and inclusion on my site. Would love some information on gated or private communities in your area.
It is hard to find better golf than right here in Arizona. Now I am no pro but I do like to get out there and slice a little. lol My ball always finds the drink!
Flipping houses is basically buying an undervalued home in need of repair or renovation and then selling it for a much higher price. Amid the recession, more owners are opting to sell their old houses and move to smaller ones instead of funding repairs. This presents a perfect opportunity for those who want to cash in on the trend. Whether you’re a seller or a buyer of a “fixer upper,” you will get something from the web site.

Would love for you guys to encourage visitors to submit course reviews at http://www.GolfGearReview.com. We’re building a new course review database and the Phoenix area is one that we are particularly weak in right now and could use some help letting others know about the great golf courses in this area.
