Val Vista Lakes is another great Gilbert community - (you're bringing back the High School Days Jay).I've always thought the homes along the lake in The Islands (warner just east of McQueen) were more expensive than $600k - a few of those homes have always provided an incredible light show during the holiday season. The Islands is an amazing community and there really are people walking, biking, socializing etc. throughout the community everyday.
