Happy 3rd Birthday Phoenix Real Estate Guy!

3rd Blogiversary

Three years ago today, Jay came to me and said,”Hey Honey I think I want to start a real estate blog.  Would you be OK with that?”

To which I replied, “Why would you want to do that?”

“Well, I like to write. I have a lot of information to share about real estate and even if nobody ever read my blog I would as least feel like I was trying to help. Who knows, maybe it would help us get a client or two”

“Would I have to do anything with it?”

“Absolutely not”

“Then go for it”

And so it began.

Happy 3rd Birthday Phoenix Real Estate Guy!

We always appreciate your comments! Phoenix Real Estate Guy uses two commenting systems, Facebook and LiveFyre. LiveFyre is the most robust system (and easy to use!). It allows you to login with Twitter, Facebook, Google+ LinkedIn, OpenId, LiveFyre and as a "Guest". I recommend getting a LiveFyre account, it has some great features (just click the LiveFyre button when you write your comment).

BLOG COMMENT POLICY: We respectfully ask that you use your real name (first name only is fine) and not use keywords (Why no keywords?). The only real "comment rules" are be civil -- no personal attacks -- and no advertising. (See the full comment policy here). Opinion and debate are welcome, but attack the idea, not the person.

Happy belated birthday Jay & Francy. What an amazing accomplishment.

Happy Birthday. And I'm glad three years ago you decided to make the plunge. You have provided great information and thought provoking posts to us out here on the net.

Happy Birthday Phoenix Real Estate Guy dot com and thanks for all you've shared!

Happy Birthday and Congratulations! : ] Keep up the good work!

Happy Birthday Phoenix Real Estate Guy! You are a great example for all to follow. Did I miss the cake?

Happy Birthday! and cheers to many more!

Thanks everyone! Your comments, compliments and well-wishes mean more than you'll ever know.

This thing is a labor of love. But it wouldn't be nearly what it is if fine folks such as yourselves weren't here to help and inspire. So thank you!

Happy Birthday!

Well deserved accolades from all above.

My... look how you have grown!! Congrats for all your work and contributions, please keep up the good work.

Happy Blog Day to you. In retrospect, I'd have to say it was a pretty good decision. Here's to three times three more.

Joe

Happy anniversary! Great stuff that keeps me coming back to see what's next - never disappointed.

"And she’s recently posted a series on “How to Buy a Home” (where the heck is Part 4 dear?)."

I've shown close to 200 homes since part 3. I'll get to part 4 after I catch my breath (and do the laundry).

Happy birthday! "You've come a long way, baby!" :-)

Congrats on reaching this milestone!

This is the best Real Estate Blog on the planet and I know many many who take their cues from what is done here. Kind of like what the Time was for old media!

Keep up the good work.....

... as if I needed to say that.

“Would I have to do anything with it?”

Francy's got more to do with this blog than she realizes. I bounce ideas off of her. She reigns me in (most of the time) when I'm ready to go on a rant. She says, "Stop blogging and get to bed!" and "That would be a good blog post..."

She provides remarkable support.

And she's recently posted a series on "How to Buy a Home" (where the heck is Part 4 dear?).

She is Mrs. Phoenix Real Estate Guy, and this blog wouldn't be the same without her.

Thanks Francy, for this post, and for everything...

Yes, congratulations.

Looking forward to another 3 years!!!

Happy Birthday Phoenix Real Estate Guy! And congratulations on your addition to the "Back In da Day" Club!
