So far, so good. Performance seems better, and the few times I needed tech support (for stuff I screwed up in the transfer), the experience was outstanding (a far cry from my previous host).Agree there is no such thing as 100% uptime…

So how are the new servers doing? Seems like when someone says they don't have downtime they really mean they don't have too much downtime… Have seen downtime with all of my tech platforms, just hope it's minimized

Jeremy – I was experiencing too many imtermittent downtime issues with Media Temple. Also, twice MT did a "server upgrade" that resulted in my blog becoming non-functional. Both times they claimed it was a problem on my end. When I said, "The blog ran fine, you changed something on your end, and now my blog's broken. And it's my fault?" they responded, "Yeah, that's a weird coincidence isn't it?" Both times I had to restore my database to bring the blog back.
