Also, twice MT did a "server upgrade" that resulted in my blog becoming non-functional. Both times they claimed it was a problem on my end. When I said, "The blog ran fine, you changed something on your end, and now my blog's broken. And it's my fault?" they responded, "Yeah, that's a weird coincidence isn't it?"
