I really wanted to like MT based on my initial research, but found too many negative reviews, as I dug a little deeper. I ended up staying right where I was, for now. I keep playing with the idea of changing hosting companies. I noticed our server goes down on occassion. Of course its hard to know if it goes down more or less than the average hosting company. Basically I copied files over to the new host and when that was done, changed the name servers from GoDaddy to Media Temple. I didn't delete the files on GD until I was sure everything was solid with MT. Nothing fancy AREB. Granted, I've only been using Media Temple for a week, but I've had zero problems. They were swift and efficient setting it up, and the one time I called customer support they were fabulous.
