When the number of transactions and agents went through the roof, it seemed like we ended up doing both sides of the transaction quite often (even though there was another agent involved). I think its a good thing that the number of agents are down, because only the really good agents are left. So its a win for consumers I think. Our % lost is very close to what you are showing. Not sure why people think this is a good time to get into this business, but new agents jion the board daily.
