That's too funny. In all seriousness, Keith is wrong. I have been called a douchebag by some of the slickest people I know and it hasn't helped my wallet one bit. But, you are correct Jay. The money is not in selling real estate, it's in telling others how to sell real estate. Just start calling yourself "the coach" that is sure to help. Unless people start thinking you are a closed four-wheeled horse-drawn carriage having doors in the sides and an elevated seat in front for the driver . ;-)
