Here I sit in the “Bloggers Lounge” at the NAR Convention (provided courtesy of the Center for Realtor Technology).
There are a few folks here learning about blogging from Ian Smith with CRT. Nice guy, knowledgeable. Seems quite willing to tell folks about blogging, and they are eager to hear it. Only problem is he is talking WAY over most of the people’s heads. Point here is there are a bunch of agent types clamoring for info on blogging…
Personally, I’m using the opportunity to rest my feet.
Tony Grey from vidlisting.com and ForSaleByLocals blog just walked in. He’s a super nice guy and it was great meeting him!
The Convention has been quite an experience. There are a ton of exhibitors here, some with great products and interesting technology.
One of the things I’m finding most fascinating is the age distribution of the attendees. “Generations X & Y” seem to be conspicuously absent at least from the trade show floor. (The glaring exception of course is many of the vendors are quite young.)
I’ll have more later…

I'm Jay Thompson, and I have a little blogging problem... Welcome to The Phoenix Real Estate Guy, or "TPREG" as I fondly refer to it.
