We always appreciate your comments! Phoenix Real Estate Guy uses two commenting systems, Facebook and LiveFyre. LiveFyre is the most robust system (and easy to use!). It allows you to login with Twitter, Facebook, Google+ LinkedIn, OpenId, LiveFyre and as a "Guest". I recommend getting a LiveFyre account, it has some great features (just click the LiveFyre button when you write your comment).

BLOG COMMENT POLICY: We respectfully ask that you use your real name (first name only is fine) and not use keywords (Why no keywords?). The only real "comment rules" are be civil -- no personal attacks -- and no advertising. (See the full comment policy here). Opinion and debate are welcome, but attack the idea, not the person.

I don't usually read the comments on blogs, but this one made me laugh, did you ever shake your stalker ?

Very true Jay!

I received about 20 email notifications within a 12 hour time frame, from blogs that I regularly visit. Each time it just happened to be Dallas Rebate that commented last.

If you'd like to earn my clients business, you could easily just email me, instead of tracking me down on every site I visit. However, I do understand the dozen or so sites I visit have great content/info, so maybe your just there for that reason :)

Uhm really, Dallas Real Estate Buyer Rebate, do you think it's appropriate to directly solicit business on someone else's blog?

Wouldn't it be far more effective to follow the link to Richard's blog and contact him that way???

Very true there Dallas buyer real estate. I feel like you're tailing me, you must love all the blogs I visit :)

However comprehensive these reports may sound, you have to check them out firsthand. Otherwise you will not benefit and lose a lot.

Not sure how true these reports are, since in some areas the top rated builder do a horrible job. Just depends on thier subs
