Since the class is "certified" by the Arizona Dept of Real Estate, they're only offered in person, here is AZ. You're welcome to come on down and attend though!

Several folks have been after me to develop a similar course, including HomeSmart's own Candace Robinson (one of our bloggers extraordinaire). I just have not made it a priority in part because I find an increasing # of quality programs like this that can be (& are) being delivered by more true subject matter experts than I…by those such as yourself.

In any event, I concur – you'll do great! Lin Ferrara over at Eagle University, along with the whole group at FATCO is tremendous; you'll do them proud and vice versa.

P.S. To “There are a gazillion people certified to teach real estate classes”…well, I know what you’re saying, but there’s really not that many of us when you boil it down. The AZ Dept of RE says there's around 1,400 certified CE instructors in the State of Arizona. I’d guess that around ½ of those only taught one CE course, one time. From that, I’d safely surmise that about 300 teach with any frequency (say – at least twice per year) and that maybe less than half of those (150 ish?), if that, instruct for CE at least once per month.
