Here are links to the necessary evil — the legal stuff. I don’t like having to do it, I know no one reads it, but I’ve got to protect myself as much as possible from the sue-happy.

I hate spam. I won’t sell your email address. I’ll treat your personal info like my own.
When it comes to comments, I love them. They help add to the discussion. Just don’t advertise, and don’t make personal attacks. It’s OK to attack the idea, just don’t attack the person. “Do unto others” is timeless for a reason. It’s a good rule…
What you get here are my opinions, or the opinions of the author of individual posts/articles. As with ANYTHING on the internet, do your research and talk to a living breathing human being before you commit to any financial transaction or agency relationship.

Is better add your home in Bk or to shortsale your home.
Had a question. I live in a neighborhood with CC & R’s but there is no HOA in place. I have a rooster against the CC & R’s and my neighbors are furious. LOL What I was going for. Just kidding. Well I was wondering what right do they have to enforce the CC & R’s. I live in East Mesa. Any info would be helpful.
