Lunching with the Point2 Ladies

Francy and I had the pleasure of lunching today with Jacquelyn Willick and Linda Jame of Point2 Technologies. We were joined by the lovely (and outstanding photographer!) Lili Willick – Jacquelyn's mother. Jacquelyn is the Point2 Agent Broker Network Manager and Linda is in Broker Channel Business Development. The two of them are what makes Point2's "Broker Assistance" area run.

The gang hopped on a plane in sunny Saskatoon at 2:00AM (yes, AM) and jetted down to Phoenix to meet up with Wayne Corcoran, a General Manager and Broker for Realty Executives – Puerto Peñasco (Rocky Point), Mexico. We just met Wayne and his wife briefly. They seemed like a super nice couple and were there to drive the P2 gang down to Puerto Peñasco where Wayne's setting up Point2 Agent websites in his Rocky Point offices.  Linda and Jacquelyn are going there to train them. Lili came along to hang out on the beach… :)

Linda and Jacquelyn are two of the many at Point2 Agent that keep all their customer's websites humming, and it was a pleasure lunching, laughing and learning with them.

I wore the shirt just for Lani

I'm a real estate broker in Phoenix, Arizona and the publisher of the Phoenix Real Estate Guy blog. I tend to drive too fast and scream at the University of Texas and Denver Broncos football teams. My two kids are smarter than most adults I know and my wife is simply amazing.

The Phoenix Real Estate Guy runs on AgentPress

AgentPress is a specialized WordPress theme for real estate agents and brokers, powered by the industry standard Genesis Framework. With AgentPress on your team, you're empowered to get the most out of WordPress for online marketing.

We always appreciate your comments! Phoenix Real Estate Guy uses two commenting systems, Facebook and LiveFyre. LiveFyre is the most robust system (and easy to use!). It allows you to login with Twitter, Facebook, Google+ LinkedIn, OpenId, LiveFyre and as a "Guest". I recommend getting a LiveFyre account, it has some great features (just click the LiveFyre button when you write your comment).

BLOG COMMENT POLICY: We respectfully ask that you use your real name (first name only is fine) and not use keywords (Why no keywords?). The only real "comment rules" are be civil -- no personal attacks -- and no advertising. (See the full comment policy here). Opinion and debate are welcome, but attack the idea, not the person.

Are you sure that's Jacquelyn? It looks like Marie Osmond... LOL. Lucky guy you are with all those beautiful women hanging around you...

No wine Steve, tea for the ladies, Dr. Pepper for me. It was an airport restaurant, not noted for much of a wine list... :)

Point2 is indeed a great platform. 30 sounds really low for a city the size of Denver... but my invite "hit rate" is probably less than 5%. The last comment I got from an agent in my office (who has seen the success we've had) was, "it just seems like so much work".

Uh yeah, that's what selling real estate is. A job. And work.

Nice spread Jay;

Is that wine you are all drinking? I think Point2 is such a great system. I'm an affiliate as a coach and host one of my Web-sites there. For the life of me, I can't figure out why there are only about 30 Realtors are in it from Denver. I have sent out some invites to a lot of the Realtors in my data base but they all freaked out.

Oh well,

To Your Success,

Coach Steve

I thought that might "bring you out" Lani!!

Before I read the article, I saw the pic and said out loud, "Jay wants me to break my comment sabbaticle!!" Then came the shirt comment... SWEET SHIRT!!! 54 days...

You had me at "UT Shirt"...

I am looking at point2 right now as I am currently with iHouse and they are pretty limited. Just going to take a while as I have to transfer over all the information I have built up with it over the last 4 years on my site. A few Agents here are using point2 and they love it
