It was an airport restaurant, not noted for much of a wine list... :) Point2 is indeed a great platform. 30 sounds really low for a city the size of Denver... but my invite "hit rate" is probably less than 5%. The last comment I got from an agent in my office (who has seen the success we've had) was, "it just seems like so much work". Uh yeah, that's what selling real estate is. A job. And work.
