The gov&#039;t lenders have done OK keeping pace. Biggest problem for them was the explosion a couple of years ago in our home values (50%ish AVERAGE increase in one year) drove a LOT of homes past the max loan limits for a lot of programs. The fed just couldn&#039;t change the limits fast enough...</description>
