This is on the NAR&#039;s map page (my emphasis: 
 
&lt;blockquote&gt;Zoom in to your metropolitan statistical area to get the latest quarterly median home price for your market, &lt;b&gt;and its percentage change from the previous quarter&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/blockquote&gt; </description>

		<description>That&#039;s really cool.  I don&#039;t know how people in places like San Francisco and New York are able to afford such high prices.  Just seems like you&#039;d have to direct so much of your income towards your mortgage and then barely have money for fun things. </description>
