It sounds like Arizona is the place to live, we have been losing people from the East to the West coast for years and easy to see why now.

Wonder if some of the areas are making the list now that they are more affordable. It is part of the equation that is used for this list.

Gilbert certainly seems to be a wonderful place to visit or live in! But Melbourne too is an amazing place to live in indeed!

Well, I'll have to agree with that. Within 17 days both of my listings in Gilbert which went on the market on the 2nd of June were under contract.

It's a hot market out there.
