New to Phoenix Real Estate Guy: RSS Feeds for Listings

If you use RSS feeds, you already know just how cool they are. RSS can save a TON of time, pulling web content to you, rather than you having to go look for it.

Our current MLS / IDX search provides RSS feed capability. And we are working on a Listings RSS Feed page to make it even easier. The page is up, and is currently pulling in feeds for all changed listings in Gilbert, Chandler and Mesa. (Follow the link, or click on “Listings RSS Feeds” under the header banner).

I’m working on the structure and it will be much better organized over the weekend.

We always appreciate your comments! Phoenix Real Estate Guy uses two commenting systems, Facebook and LiveFyre. LiveFyre is the most robust system (and easy to use!). It allows you to login with Twitter, Facebook, Google+ LinkedIn, OpenId, LiveFyre and as a "Guest". I recommend getting a LiveFyre account, it has some great features (just click the LiveFyre button when you write your comment).

Wasn't going to play with RSS feeds but that page you made is so dang easy to read... even a caveman could understand it. Perfect for skimming through the latest listings. Love it.

RSS feeds are an excellent way to get loads of information out there!! I am glad RSS is really catching on, and more people are starting to use it to their advantage. This will help potential clients get the latest listings so much easier!
