It's a violation of our comment policy to post blatant advertising.I wish you the utmost success in selling your listing, but advertising it on my blog, much less on a post where I discuss one of my own listings, really isn't appropriate do you think?

Mackenzie –

As you can see, I edited your comment above, and then deleted the next one entirely. I don't like doing it, but honestly, think about it. A Phoenix agent comes on my blog and posts a comment advertising her listing.Something is just not right about that...

Here is a property near Glendale & 12th, follow the link and let me know what you think of this exquisite location…

Jay’s Note: Comment deleted. It's a great choice for those that don't want to pay Scottsdale prices, but still want to be where the action is so to speak. You also get the benefit of Phoenix taxes and I believe that home feeds into Chaparral High School which has one of the best baseball and golf programs in the state. Tons of college and pro scouts turn out for their baseball games. It's near the 51,101, Paradise Valley, Scottsdale, Desert Ridge etc.... That home is going to make someone really happy.Good luck on the sale!

Nice listing Jay. I live a couple of miles away from the home.
