I dealt with those #@!*% for 20 years, after they were caught. There's only one answer for them and its final. Unfortunately, they will always be lerking on our streets.Neighbors talking to neighbors, getting to know one another and looking out for each other is the best way to keep a neighborhood and our children safe.
