The People's Choice went to Darren Rowse of Problogger.net for 9 Lessons You Can Learn about Blogging By Watching Me Sell My House This isn't from a "real estate blog" by any stretch, though it's certainly real estate related. Darren has a *masterful* blog in Problogger that really should be in every blogger's feed reader.
One of my favorites from the Phoenix real estate blogging epi-center gets this weeks Black Pearl Award. Jonathan Dalton pens Sell Your Phoenix Real Estate in Two Weeks which can fit in far more markets than just Phoenix.
Finally the ever wonderful Kris Berg takes home the Odysseus Medal this week for the masterpiece post, News You Can Use – Real Estate is a Business. If you're not already reading Kris, well…. you can't imagine what you're missing. Just do it.
