This week’s Odysseus Medal winners are posted.
Jonathan Dalton, an agent on the “other side” of Phoenix, an outstanding writer and an all around nice guy won the Odysseus Medal with his brilliant post, Real Estate 2.0 and the Phoenix Real Estate Consumer. “Real Estate 2.0″ doesn’t just effect real estate professionals, it has a huge potential impact on real estate consumers (be they in Phoenix or elsewhere).
Steven Leung penned Hidden Factors When Calculating a Home’s Value and took home the Black Pearl honors with an outstanding analysis of using cost per square foot to price homes.
One of our posts on the Aaron Anglin tragedy was voted the winner of the People’s Choice Award. Thanks to whomever submitted it, and all that voted for it. I hope the extra publicity exposes the plight of Aaron’s widow and young children to more who are in a position to donate.
As has been the case since week 1, all of the contenders in this week’s competition (and the long list too) were fine examples of superior real estate weblogging.
Be sure to keep your eyes out for great real estate blog posts, and nominate them here for next weeks awards.
