Jay along with several others all did a wonderful job and I personally feel all those contributors together earned this award. Having recently left the blogging world to go into writing full-time, I remain very grateful to what Jay and others did for Lani and her family. Even through I wasn't able to contribute as much as I would have liked, I have to say that just coming p with the green ribbon idea and watching it spread doing God's work in helping a family in need, I have to say that was the highlight of my blogging career. The awards, carnival wins, the top such and such list, none of that matters, but knowing deep down we made a difference in the lives of at least one person is one of the greatest feeling one can ever experience online and in person.
