Monday afternoon I’ll be jetting off to San Francisco to attend RE Bar Camp and Inman’s Bloggers Connect and Real Estate Connect.

I’m looking forward to moderating a couple of panels at Bloggers Connect. The learning will be good, and the networking incredible.

The weather?

SFWeather

Phoenix Weather

It’s going to be cool this week in Phoenix. It’s going to be downright wintry in San Fran. A 50 degree temperature change should be interesting.

Francy and the team will be holding down the fort while I’m gone. I’ll try to post a few times from SF, much to the boredom of our non-realtor readers. I may pull up and repeat a few old posts as well.

If you are interested, you can follow along on many blogs and Twitter streams. Check out Ines’ http://sfconnectism.wordpress.com/ which should be great!

I’ll be at the Parc 55 Hotel. If you’re to any of the events, give me a call and let’s meet face-to-face!

Jay, Yes, as you said it surely will be wintery for us. Been in OR for the past several days. It was supposed to be in the low 80’s, but I’ve been waking up to 40’s & 50’s. Brrrrrrrr!!!!! See you in SF!

My phoenician friends…don’t forget that the Bay Area has microclimates. It may be 50 degrees and cloudy in one neighborhood, but just around the corner it’s 75 and sunny! Be prepared for all types of weather!

Oh my 50 degree weather in San Francisco in the middle of summer, now that is really odd, but at least you won’t be miserably hot, I hear that most places don’t have air conditioning in Frisco, they rely in the breeze, for the most part.
Good Luck,
